The breakfast was quite plentiful and the service was great. It was a clean, well-organized hostel, and otherwise a nice, quiet place. I didn’t like having to make my own bed after they gave me sheets and pillows.

Dinners were really tasty, including the vegetarian options, though breakfast had no vegetables and the food was only kind of good. The rooms were fine, with some space for your stuff and a special spot for skis or a snowboard. The toilet was always clean, but I didn’t like the doors’ strange opening system, which seemed like it might break sometimes. I’m not sure whether there are rooms other than six-person ones, since that was all that was available on our trip. The hotel is in a pretty good position. For me, it comes to 3 stars.

I absolutely loved my week skiing with my mates. The wonderful staff and building at jugendhotel egger made it 100 times better. The chicken and pasta were good too. 10/10, I’d recommend it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

After a full day of skiing, the sauna is excellent. The food is abundant, and although the place is usually packed with students, Christine and her staff, especially Gyuri, go above and beyond to make guests feel good.

I hadn’t planned to stay in Villach, but after being stranded there and getting help from them, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was great, and the staff were super nice. I’d recommend it :)
