Seecamping Berghof

The kids loved the indoor playground near our spot, and they could safely ride their bikes several kilometers in either direction on the cycle path along the road. My son also enjoyed the free bike park across the road. We liked the water trampoline and beach bar with ice cream, where the staff were nice. The receptionists were all extremely kind, and the toilets were clean with disinfectant in each. There was also an option for late checkout until 6 p.m. The campsite is right by the lake, and we recommend it.

We stayed on the west side by the lake, where the pitches were quiet. Those facing the road had some noise, though traffic there wasn't heavy. The lake was fairly warm, 26° when we arrived in early July, depending naturally on sunny weather, and had clean water and two separate beach entrances. The sanitary facilities were top-notch and kept clean, as were most facilities around the site. There's a large supermarket at the entrance. Reception service was very friendly. The only small disappointment was the takeaway pizza from the restaurant by the main entrance, which tasted like a frozen Dr Oetker style pizza. It's not a cheap place, but quality costs.

The swimming beach was great, and the bathrooms were very nice. It's a beautiful campsite, but €35 felt very expensive for one person arriving with a bike and a small tent.

There's a shop and a restaurant, plus things for children of all ages to do. The campsite is clean, nicely equipped, and right beside the lake.
