The room got uncomfortably hot in summer, and there was no reception. We also had no shampoo or even basic products to take a shower.

I arrived from the UK to find nobody there. I had to call a number and speak with someone who barely spoke English just to learn where my key had been left. Breakfast was 13 Euros for bread and cheese. They said they only took cash, even though there was a card reader at reception. I handed the woman 20 euros and she kept it without giving me any change. Then they tried to charge me twice for the stay, although my company had already paid. I’m not making this up. This felt much more like a hostel than a hotel, and it’s the worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed in.

There was no air conditioning, and no fresh towels were left in the room. I came back after being out all day to find the trash still there and the room untouched. The front desk was unattended most of the time, and the service was poor. Since I arrived late at night, I was also charged extra for a breakfast I didn’t eat.

You can only reach the owner by phone or message, and the receptionists weren’t around. The internet stopped working at 9 PM. For longer stays, there was no change of towels or bed sheets. This is a hotel with no service.
