The staff were polite, welcoming, and helpful, with honest answers to our questions. The rooms were clean and neat, and the location was very nice. At the restaurant, the Schnitzel was very good, especially the potatoe salad. The steak Toast was okay, but I’d go for the Austrian Classics instead.

Having a restaurant onsite was a real plus, since we could get a very good dinner in the evening. The hotel is right in the town center, with a large parking area behind it, and breakfast was good in the morning. It’s a good place for an overnight stop while driving across Austria, although it takes an extra 15-20 minutes to get there from the main highway.

We stayed overnight during a bike trip and found the place cozy and nice. The staff were really friendly and helpful. 👏🏻👏🏻

Parking was a bit of a challenge. The lot beside the hotel was always full, and we saw someone crash into other cars. There was a garage too, but the SMS opening didn’t work for us. The staff were very helpful when we called and opened the garage doors, so it worked out okay. The location was great, the staff professional and friendly, and every room is unique.

A disaster. The rooms were dirty and small, and there was no hot water in the evening. The employees’ arrogant attitude made an already awful stay even more unbearable. If you like yourself, avoid this hotel.
