I can only comment on the restaurant, since we were staying elsewhere. The cordon bleu was still raw around the cheese filling, with a very pink color.

We had everything we needed for a great week of skiing, and the staff were friendly and easy to deal with. The hotel was well organized and offered very good value, with a lovely breakfast and dinner. The ski station is about a three-minute drive away, or a 5-10 minute walk, and the ski school is nearby too. I was there with my kids, and my only suggestion would be to offer more kid-friendly dinner choices or a separate kids menu. Thanks to the staff!

The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and that’s the only reason I’m giving two stars. For 175€ a night, I felt completely ripped off and very disappointed. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels and hostels across many countries, including three-star places for less than half the cost, and had much better experiences. I booked this one because the advertisement made it look so cool. Check-in took almost half an hour even though there was no line, just two families ahead of us. It only took a few minutes to check us in, while the receptionists kept walking away to do other things. The safe in the room cost 1€ a day, which is ridiculous, and the small bottle of water cost 2€. I’ve never had to pay for the room safe or for water provided in a hotel before. At that point I was surprised the Wi-Fi and TV were free. There was absolutely nothing included in the room. I still can’t believe those cheaper three-star hotels gave me a better experience. The owner seems cheap to me. A four-star hotel with a one-star experience.

The room was okay, though the mattress was too hard, and the Wi-Fi was okay too. Breakfast was average. There was no free water bottle, just a 0.5 L bottle in the room for 2 EUR. The room also had a very small safe, which cost 1 EUR a day to rent.
