The thing I’ll remember most is how welcome I felt. As an Indian traveler, I’ve unfortunately experienced racial discrimination in other places, but here I felt respected and completely at ease from the start. I hadn’t felt so relaxed and at home on vacation in a long time, and that’s priceless. Our group of 15 stayed in early August 2025, though our booking was only for 14 because of our own mistake. We were nervous about adding someone at the last minute, but our Landlady greeted us with a genuine, warm smile and said it was no problem. She personally arranged an extra bed so everyone would be comfortable. The building is beautiful and elegant, with traditional character and the modern amenities we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean. We also made good use of the well-equipped kitchen and great grill set. The location works well for summer and Winter holidays: it’s a short walk to the cable car, the thrilling Flying Mozart, several well-stocked supermarkets, and the swimming pools. Our Landlady also arranged free entry to the local swimming pool and reductions on the cable cars, which was an unexpected bonus. We had a wonderful, memorable stay and will definitely return. Thanks for the incredible hospitality. We’ll recommend this gem to our friends. It’s especially suited to large groups and families, summer or winter holidays, and travelers who value genuine hospitality and easy access to activities.
