We booked Apartment Ronny for 10 days, but had a power cut on our second day. We were without electricity for two days, so we had to move to another apartment and ask for a refund. Keyone, the management agency, couldn’t do anything. The owner didn’t answer the phone on the first day; when he eventually did, he said he’d fix it, but didn’t, and never updated us. The agency was useless, and the owner clearly doesn’t care about guests. Don’t go to Apartment Ronny. Spend your money with people who care about their guests and deserve it.

There’s plenty of space, and many everyday basics are already supplied, including dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper. Getting straight onto the slopes depends on there being enough snow and is suitable for experienced skiers. The apartment managers are very helpful and accommodating. A great place to stay near the slopes.

A lovely apartment, nicely decorated and well equipped, in a beautiful area.
