Bio Chalets Alpegg

We were a family of six visiting from Eswatini, Africa, and stayed in the main chalet. The sauna and jacuzzi were wonderful after skiing, and the well-stocked kitchen had plenty of cutlery and dishes. We also booked a private dinner through Alpegg chalets with IRENE. What a treat, we loved her, and the food was incredible. The town is small, so everything is within walking distance, and we enjoyed the early evening atmosphere at the restaurant at the Steinplatte. Roland and Cornelia were quick to help us plan, including advice on ski rental and passes. One tip: the bread was lovely, but far too much for us when ordered every day. The baker wasn’t very flexible about cancellations, so I’d start by booking just the first morning and decide after that.

The chalet was spacious, with comfortable beds, a great shower, and a lovely view from the room. Its sauna is small and cute, just right after skiing. The owners were really friendly, and the lift is only a few minutes’ walk away. It’s finished to a high standard, though a few details could be improved. For four people it worked perfectly, and we felt at home right away. Definitely recommend it.

We booked Tiny Chalet Kalipé on fairly short notice and had a fantastic stay. It was beautifully put together, spotless, and the sauna, though small, was really high quality. The hot tub was lovely and warm after skiing. It’s also handy for the cable car and Schindldorf, whether you want to eat out or pick something up. The only little downside was some noise from neighbors in another chalet outside, which wasn’t the accommodation’s fault.
