The way the rental was handled is the issue, not the amount of money. I rented a snowboard and boots for five days, then after day one upgraded from the 6* to the 7* category. That cancelled the discount for the full rental period, so I was charged for one day plus four separate days instead of the agreed total period. When I asked about it, customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful. I won't use Sport 2000 Koningsleiten again, and I can't recommend it.

My brother's skis got mixed up, but they sorted it out within minutes. The rental process was incredibly efficient too, the quickest I've ever rented my winter sports gear.

They were kind, spoke English, and charged more than a reasonable price for fixing my somewhat older race skis. Many thanks to the young, capable team.

The price was fair and the service was great.

In just 10 minutes, all six of us had our gear. Very fast service.
