The indoor play area is huge and never seemed crowded with unruly kids, and the upstairs restaurant is calmer than the other places in Königsleiten. The food was a letdown, though. Their old Käsespätzle has been replaced by tomato-sauce tortellini that looked and tasted like frozen food you could heat up yourself after skiing. The fish was pretty good, and the portion was generous. The plastic menus look cheap, and the salads are mostly basic things like canned corn, so nothing special. Next time we go out, I’d rather try their pizza place downstairs.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and they even made special breakfast and dinner for someone in our group who’s allergic to wheat, tomato and potato. Best hotel experience ever. Highly recommended.

Really good rooms, service and food. You’re close to the ski bus and the piste or Dorfbahn lift. Definitely recommend it!

The room has a very good view, and the location is good too. I can’t say I felt welcome, though, and I’m not sure why. Breakfast and dinner could be better.

A clean, healthy place for a really good week of winter sports. I loved the food, the staff and the hotel.
