The hiking and biking paths are very close, and the house has a lovely view when you're out enjoying it 😎🌤. Inside, the flat was spotless and everything was in order. The husband and wife who own it were so kind, and their breakfast and service were awesome. An amazing five-star cottage 👌

That balcony view of the mountains was enchanting every day, especially at sunset. We spent 10 days there in August 2025, and the apartment was a comfortable base in the Karwendel region. It was modernly furnished and suited our family of four, two adults and children aged 9 and 14. We could relax between outings and woke up rested each morning. Communication with the hosts was seamless, and they made us feel welcome straight away. Thanks for the warm hospitality and a wonderful holiday.

We stayed in apartment type 2 for two days during a weekend trip to Austria to see Die Grubertaler. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a microwave, oven, stovetop, coffee maker and kettle, and the bathroom was roomy with a large shower. There was a comfortable double bed, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and the supermarket was just around the corner, though the drive up is quite steep. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. We'll definitely come back!

The garden was a hit with the kids, with games, a trampoline, and plenty of strawberries the owners let us pick. The room was clean and comfortable, and the owners were warm and friendly. A lovely spot for a short holiday in the Innsbruck region, with Salzburg and Munich both less than two hours away. Highly recommended.
