Please avoid this hotel if you want good service. I own a travel industry business, and this is not how customers should be treated. I found the owner extremely rude. She kicked me out, and I had to call the police for help. She came to my room smelling strongly of alcohol, knocked aggressively, then entered and yelled that it was her house. She was physically trying to force me out and take the room keys after I disagreed with her demand that I check out early, at 7.30 pm that day, just after I had barely checked in. Her reason was that nobody would be at reception when I planned to leave at 7.30am the next morning. She yelled that I had to check out immediately because she had to come in specially for me. I hadn’t asked her to come, and they had my credit card and could have charged it. It seemed likely she had come from a drinking party. I recorded what happened because I found it completely inappropriate and aggressive. Thankfully, the policemen in Weisenkirchen helped me leave safely and find other accommodation, though it caused a major inconvenience at 08.pm after I’d driven for 4 hours. I think she should get help or leave this business. I’m trying to get compensation through booking. Update in response to the owner: What you’ve said is unfortunately completely untrue. I wasn’t rude to anyone, you were. I filmed you, so I have proof to use if needed, and booking.com already has it. I’ve seen other reviews describing a shocking experience too, so I’m not the only one. Also, you didn’t call the police, I did, and that can be checked in my phone records. About breakfast, I politely asked your employee whether it could be served at 7.00 am because I had to leave at 7.30am, or whether a breakfast package could be prepared. When she said that wasn’t possible, I asked if the breakfast cost could be deducted from the price. You came to my room drunk and aggressive, knocked aggressively, then entered my private space yelling because you “had to come from some party.” I repeat, I didn’t ask you to come. You yelled, “To leave your house, that is your house,” invaded my privacy by entering my room, and caused me an incredible amount of stress. I really recommend reconsidering this business, because this isn’t how customers should be treated. I’m asking booking for compensation, and please get some help, as you really need it. P.S.
