A really cosy terrace with self-service, plus nice Austrian handmade souvenirs. It’s right on the lake, and ships crossing the lake stop there too. The hotel, café, and restaurant serve delicious homemade cakes and snacks. A wonderful spot at Weissen see.

Right outside the house there’s a small bistro with a big patio and pier. The lakefront location is wonderful, with a beautiful view.

The people here are really courteous and help make the stay even better. The studios have great lake views, and it’s so quiet and relaxing. What an awesome place, right on the lake. One of my favorite spots in Austria.

The menu is limited, but what they do serve is very good. I’d recommend the creamy fish soup or the smoked trout mousse with wasabi mayonnaise and bread. It’s a nice place to stop for a quick bite and drink, with a beautiful lake view and lots of trout and other fish to spot. Self-service, free tap water, indoor and outdoor seating, and hop-on hop-off ferry service. It can get busy when the ferry stops, so there isn’t always a seat. Parking is limited, and the road gets very narrow after you leave the hard road. I’d park just before the dirt road and walk the last 2 km (1.2 mi).

I didn’t go inside, but the view is wonderful. I also know guests can use the little boat they have there. There’s a boat you can take back to the main entrance on the East side.
