The room was nice and the location is central, but I was freezing all night because the heating didn't work until around 7.00 am. Check-out is at 11.00 am, so I don't understand why an employee knocked at 9.30 am to wake me and ask when they could clean the room. It was clear I'd booked one night and paid in advance. It was a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone. The service I received wasn't worth the expensive price.

The breakfast isn't at the hotel, it's about 250m away, since this place has no restaurant or snack bar. Otherwise, the hotel was okay, just a regular hotel and a bit pricey for what it is. It's a self check-in hotel, which is fine if you're familiar with that system. But there was no staff at all for our entire stay, from Friday afternoon until Sunday before noon. They'd only left one roll of toilet paper, and with no one to ask, we had to buy more at a nearby store.

The rooms are great, modern, and clean. But this place doesn't seem to know how a hotel works. The cleaners kicked us out of our room at 830 am so they could clean. Pretty sure check-out isn't at 830.
