Wels Inn Hotel

Such an easygoing atmosphere, and the team was professional and quick to help, always with a smile. That combination of friendly service and efficiency is hard to find. I highly recommend this superb hotel!

For a single night, it was alright, but I wouldn't choose it for four. The shower drain was blocked, and there was no way to control the heat. We were four people and had told them, yet the towels were changed only once every three days. There was no washing machine either.

Checking out was easy, and there is a parking spot. But the room was filthy, and there was almost nothing provided beyond a couple of bars of soap. When I needed help, no service was available, and nobody answered the number they provided.

The people were friendly, and having a Hofer supermarket nearby was handy. I also liked that guests could use a washing machine, kitchen, and fridge. By most standards, I'd call the place clean, though the rooms weren't especially clean. To be fair, they weren't really dirty either. Maybe inflation has changed what feels like fair value for the cost in a lot of places. It isn't that central, and I remember the bus being a problem because the route on Google was different. It may be better to check the information locally. Next year, I think I'll take the train in the morning and travel back in the evening.
