We booked a junior suite, and the beds were so uncomfortable that we couldn’t fall asleep. The double bed was two separate mattresses with dips in them and a gap between, while the sofa bed was hard as a rock. Everything felt old and outdated, and the staff were very rude. It was an unpleasant, overpriced stay. I don’t understand how this is rated four stars. Never again.

Breakfast was another letdown, we found hair among the meat. The suite we rented for one night was horrible, with worn-out mattresses at different heights, so sleeping comfortably together was out of the question. The room was dirty too, with chocolate between the beds. When we complained at the desk, the woman didn’t care and didn’t even apologize. On arrival, she also tried to charge us more than the room had been advertised for online. How does this place have four stars? A big joke. Worst service ever. Don’t waste your time or money here. We’re never coming back.

The room was nice and large, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was good when it held the right temperature. It was far too hot in the room for me, and there was no air conditioning. Breakfast was the usual Austrian buffet. A reasonable stay, though I parked on the street and can’t say whether off-road parking was available. The overly complicated Wi-Fi setup was a pain.

The rooms were big and the restaurant was good, but the hotel was very expensive for what it offered. It was snowing outside and our room had no heating for two nights because nobody checked. In the morning there was no hot water for a shower, and there was no Wi-Fi on the ground floor. Just a disaster. Avoid!
