The breakfast buffet was very generous, better than I've seen in other places, and the staff were courteous. There's even an area for smokers to dine, if that's your thing. I checked in that afternoon, and the room was very nice. Dinner that evening was served promptly and was quite good. I was hoping breakfast would be just as good, and it was.

Julia was the best person serving there and really exceeded my expectations. For our late-night arrival, she literally left the hotel door open for me and my family. I've stayed in many five-star hotels throughout Europe, and the cleanliness of these very spacious rooms was much better than in those hotels. This place deserves a good five stars. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely come back.

The meals were good, both breakfast and dinner. The place was very clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast.

I was there for just one night on a work trip, and I’d choose the same hotel if I’m back in Wels. It’s handy for the industrial area, though getting to the city center means a 15-minute walk. There’s a large parking lot, and the staff were friendly and made a real effort to understand what we needed despite some language difficulties. They speak English. My room was warm and spacious, with a clean bathroom and hot water, though I found the mattress a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, but croissants were missing.

Dinner was delicious, and breakfast was enjoyable too. The staff were nice, and everything was very clean.
