We loved unwinding at the hotel bar in the evenings, and the spacious lobby gives the place a lovely feel. Our room was modern and cozy, the staff were super friendly, and the food was excellent. A few things could be better. Vegan choices were limited, and free water around the building would be useful. At breakfast it came only in tiny glasses. The spa is nice, though it felt a little less cozy than the rest of the hotel, and remember to bring your own bathing shoes. Still, a great stay with lovely rooms, good food, a welcoming bar, and outstanding staff :)

The room category needs a clear fix. We booked “Panoramic View” because the booking platform described it as a full panoramic view including the pool. The category also covers rooms with just a side view of the valley, which isn't panoramic. We were given one of those at check-in and could move to a true panoramic room only for our last night, with no apology. So two of our three nights weren't what we had booked. Only genuinely panoramic rooms should be sold under that name. Apart from that, this was a nearly perfect wellness break. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, very clean, and the atmosphere felt elegant and cozy. We especially liked the lounge with its fireplace, where we could sit with a drink and a book. The mattresses, though, were very hard. We paid €250 HB in November. My scores: service 9/10, location 10/10, breakfast 9/10, cleanliness 10/10, room and facilities 9/10, value 9/10. Overall rating: 9.3/10. The restaurant service was excellent, with caring staff, and we got the same lovely table each time. Dinner was amazing. When the buffet had no vegan main or dessert, the kitchen made high quality dishes for us, including desserts, so we didn't feel left out. Breakfast was very good, with homemade vegan spreads like hummus and aubergine cream. After two days, though, I noticed the limited vegan selection: there were no hot vegan dishes, while there were plenty of warm non-vegan choices. Some vegan items advertised online, such as cheese and salami, weren't available at all. Clearer vegan and allergen labels on the buffet and menu would help prevent mix-ups. The vegan selection at breakfast and coffee break could use a little work to match the hotel's own advertising. The spa is beautiful, with several saunas and places to relax. Aside from Saturday, it was never crowded. After 6 pm there are no children, though pool noise can still be heard. Aufguss sessions ran only three times a day, which was fine on weekdays, but more on weekends would help, since not everyone who wanted to join could. The complimentary steam room peelings were offered twice daily, but there were only about 12 portions, and they went quickly on the weekend. Parking costs €10, which felt unnecessary at this price level given the underground carport. The flat €10 fee for EV charging is a nice option. Construction was still visible, including cranes, but we didn't hear noise during our stay. We'd definitely return, with the room category issue addressed.

A quiet getaway just 40 minutes from Salzburg, and a great choice for that. Breakfast was great too. The rooms are on the older side, but they're quite large and clean.

We really enjoyed the dinners, served buffet-style but with food of very high quality, and the setting among the mountains is beautiful. The spa has a jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, and four saunas. Breakfast was enough to fill me up, though I wished for better cheese and bread, perhaps some salmon too. I missed having a coffee or tea maker in the room. The blankets were much too warm even with the window open. We asked for summer blankets, but the staff never got back to us, perhaps they forgot.
