PLAZA INN Wiener Neustadt, BW Signature Collection

The newly built hotel is quite neat, and breakfast comes close to excellent. It’s in the middle of an industrial area, though, and I didn’t see any public transport nearby.

There’s lots of free parking, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is good, and the rooms are comfortable. It’s a nice hotel in the suburban area of Wiener Neustadt.

I had an excellent experience. The rooms are nice, and the customer service was kind and attentive. I highly recommend Plaza INN.

The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, and the hotel itself is new. I’ve stayed here for around 10 nights across separate visits, and I’d like to come back. But the heating and air-conditioning have been a problem for months. In August, the room got very warm because the AC wouldn’t blow cold air or respond to changes on the screen. I told the receptionist, but nothing came of it. In December, the room was 18°C, and even with the maximum temperature set, the AC still left it at 18°C. We ended up switching rooms and were told to warm it using the bathroom’s underfloor heating. This seems to affect the AC generally, not just one room. There’s also visible dust left on the floors, so the cleaning could use more attention, along with general maintenance. The vending machines are often out of order too. I hope management addresses these basic issues so the hotel can cool rooms in summer and heat them in winter.
