For the price, we couldn't really complain, and the food was great, with different Austrian dishes each day. Drinks in the dining area were reasonably priced, the staff were very friendly, and there's a free sauna. The room and hotel are a little dated. One of the three beds was far too small for an adult, so we put its mattress on the floor to sleep properly. It also got extremely hot in the dining room. Still, we had a great ski trip to Skiwelt.

It was a lovely region for a summer holiday, with lots to do thanks to the erlebniss-karte, and a week there was just right. The hotel is old but has its charm, and at the budget price it was worth the money. On the downside, the bathroom was tiny, the mattress much too soft, and some staff weren't friendly. Coffee wasn't included in the all-in deal, and the lobby wifi was poor.

The room was nice, and the hotel's decor was pleasant. Food was generally good, with a great breakfast, and the staff were kind. The weak point was how things ran: service wasn't very effective, and the work routines didn't suit large groups.
