The room was cold overnight because the heating wasn't on. It only started up early in the morning.

The staff were friendly, and I liked that dogs are allowed. I was also pleasantly surprised by how much space and how good the room equipment were. Some cost-cutting was noticeable, but only in fairly unimportant details, so I left with a very positive impression.

The room was clean, new, and smelled nice, and the bathroom was great too. It had everything needed for a quick stay, so I would have given it five stars. The downsides were the check-in machine wouldn't accept my Revolut card, and each guest gets a separate Wi-Fi login. That meant I couldn't use one login across my phone and tablet. Also, I think staff started vacuuming rooms at 6:30 in the morning. It was LOUD and ANNOYING, woke us several times, and we were tired after a long drive with another long drive ahead the next day.

We run a transport company and had stayed at this motel once before. This time, I called to book for the day and the owner agreed. But when we arrived, he said there was no space and sent us to another hotel. That place had no parking, and communication was very poor. We book 10 to 12 hotels a day and have never had such an embarrassing problem. I'll also inform booking.com. After it happened, nobody answered when I called. The owner's words and actions didn't match. I wouldn't recommend it, and he's lost a regular customer.

A nice place for travelers. It has what you need for a short overnight stop, or a few days exploring the beautiful area. Best, TN
