The spa area was a nice extra, and there was good food and lovely scenery around the hotel. It seemed like they could use a few more staff, though the people working were friendly and professional.

There was plenty to like here, from the friendly, professional staff to the peaceful surroundings. The restaurant served a really good three-course menu each day, and seconds were free. Downstairs there's a small indoor pool, two saunas, an infrared cabin, and room to relax afterward. Just note that draft beer only came in 0.3l glasses, around €3,20 each. Same amount of beer, just more frequent ordering. The room was spacious and very clean, with a double bed, couch, wardrobe, shelf, TV, safe, and a nice bathroom. The one picture on the wall didn't quite fit with the rest of the room, but it didn't bother me much. Check-in was quick and welcoming. There's a large free parking area, too. Getting there from Salzburg airport took about 1:30hrs by car, depending on traffic. Google maps was fine until the last few hundred meters, when it sent us through a private area. After turning left onto "Linzer Straße," turn right straight away into "Ufergasse," then left onto "Svetlinstraße." The hotel is at the end. A very friendly and peaceful place, with nice food and a chance to have more than one beer in the evening. Recommended!

The pool was nice, the staff were friendly, and the location had a great view. Breakfast was good, but dinner wasn't very good, even if it was cheap.

We were glad to leave. The man at reception was arrogant and unpleasant, and the staff came across as unkind. At a hotel advertised as four-star, I'd expect a certain level of behavior toward guests.
