I had a really nice birthday weekend here with my girlfriends. We got adjoining rooms, which was amazing, and the rooms themselves were really nice too. The buffet breakfast had tons of options, and everything was delicious! I also booked a one-hour massage. Sadly, I can't remember the masseuse's name, but I think it started with an “F.” She's new to the hotel and gave me the best massage of my life. She worked on my problem areas, and it was so relaxing. Can't wait to go back!

I was here as part of a bold team, and the place felt refreshingly genuine. The small staff picked up on what we needed and helped with real kindness. Nothing grand or rehearsed, just a simple place with a lot of warmth.
2/10
I asked the bartender in the main bar whether there was outdoor heating, and his answer really shocked me: “If you feel cold I can warm you up.” It didn’t come across as a joke. The comment was disrespectful and unprofessional, and probably reflects poor management.
10/10
The breakfast buffet was included and had an incredible spread: fresh fruit, pastries, sausage and bacon, plus an omelet station. And the spot right on Lake Constance is gorgeous.
10/10
The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had, with raw honey straight from the producer and butter from a nearby farm. There’s a real care for nature in all its forms, and the whole place feels calming. Our room was spacious, modern and beautiful. The hotel has a lovely mountain and lake view, and a chic but simple atmosphere. The amenities were great, and the staff were both professional and friendly. We didn’t get to use the spa or swimming pool this time, but will next visit.
