The food was amazing. I haven't eaten this well in a long time! We had a great stay at this seminar hotel, with clean, perfectly fine rooms and very friendly service. They took care of every request promptly. The family was lovely too. I'd gladly come back and highly recommend it.

The room was clean and nice, and the staff were always friendly. The bathroom was very small, though, which would put me off staying there again. We ate at the hotel once, and the service was a disappointment, even though the food itself was very good. We'd marked our breakfast choices, but waited around 40 minutes for the first course. After that, staff kept asking what we wanted next and sometimes brought the wrong thing. Our neighbors at the table waited even longer. The staff said the new restaurant team was to blame. It was all very strange, and a shame. I hope it was a one-off and service has improved since, because then I'd give the hotel five stars.
