The noise kept us awake all night. Guests on our floor were extremely loud, running through the halls, laughing, and slamming doors, and the walls are so thin you can hear everything from the hallways and other rooms. There was no one to ask for help because the restaurant next door was closed. When I mentioned it to someone at the restaurant over breakfast, they just said, “oh well.” There’s no check-in desk either. You enter a code to get a key for your room. The pillows were flatter than a sheet of paper, and there’s no temperature control in the room, so you’re stuck with whatever temperature the house is. I do not recommend this place.

The food was very good, parking was free, the beds were good, and the room was nice. The air quality in the city was poor and the pillows were bad. Only the receptionist spoke English.

Christiano!!!! What a gem at the hotel. We were travelling from Innsbruck to Hallstat and had the best pizza and pasta, with plenty of vegetarian options and things too.

Hotel Tiroler was a real gem and perfectly located for our motorbike trip. The owner greeted us with a firm handshake and a big welcoming smile. We stayed for four days and didn’t need to go out in the evenings, since the restaurant and bar covered everything we needed. Christof and Melody, the bar staff, got to know us and looked after us so well. As soon as we finished a beer, another appeared, and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels, and the cleaning lady was friendly and very good at her job. At breakfast, Lasulo looked after us wonderfully, a true gentleman. Thank you to the whole team at hotel tiroler.
