The apartment was modern, clean and nice, and we had a special view of the lake. We stayed with friends and had a great time. I’m not sure the sauna booking system is needed, though I can see how others might like having the spa area to themselves for 45min. Some guests didn’t understand the arrangement and just turned up, which was fine by me, but might bother others.

The lake and mountain views are magical, and the old town square is close, so everything is nearby. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable, and the apartments have what you need, including brooms, an iron and kitchen appliances. There’s no AC in the rooms, though, and checkout at 10:00 am is the main downside.

The apartment was quiet and comfortable, with a lovely layout, great views and everything well equipped. A few things could be better: there were only 2 keys for our group of 4 couples, no full length mirror in the bedrooms, and the ski and boot facilities felt very basic and insecure. Apart from those issues, it was FANTASTIC and I’d recommend it.

Communication before and during each stay has been good. Whenever there’s been an issue, I’ve been able to reach the office, and they’ve been professional, helpful and willing to go the extra mile.

Our flat looked out over the lake, which added a lot of charm. It was a really pleasant place, with plenty of space, good furnishings and, just as important, it was very clean.
