Alpz Apartments

We had a great time and everyone liked the place. It’s in the middle of Zell am See and caprun, with everything close by. The only issue was a bad smell, and they need to change something in the bathroom.

A nice apartment, not huge but fine. The kitchen is small, with a dishwasher, oven and microwave, and basically everything you might need.

The first apartment we were given wasn’t ready at all, it was filthy and the beds hadn’t been made. The second was also unclean, with mold in the toilet and bathroom. We had only one towel per person for 11 days, supposedly the standard, and the lights were broken or too dim. Basically, everything you’d expect in a highly advertised apartment was missing. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

We booked for three days through Net Services and never had working internet during the stay. We contacted them every day, but got delays and excuses, with no compensation offered. The building was being maintained and the walls painted, and nobody told us beforehand. The service was poor, and the cleanliness photos speak for themselves. I’d rate this place zero. I booked through Hotels.
