Mrs. Hollaus, you were such a generous host. We loved our stay so much that we didn’t want to leave. The house is beautiful, with a perfect holiday view in zell am zee. It sits on the other side of the lake from the city center, so the view takes in the lake, then the city, with snow-covered peaks behind them. Beautiful!!!!!

The apartment was warm and comfortable throughout our winter vacation in 2024/2025, thanks to the underfloor heating. We stayed in the Schmittenblick apartment owned by the Hollaus family, and Gabi, the landlady, was very kind and clearly cared about our comfort. It’s fully equipped, cozy, and clean, with lots to discover nearby. We had a wonderful vacation all around and will definitely return. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. Thank you so much for everything! Family Franke/Neidenbach
