A lovely spot to unwind in Zell Am See. We had a great time, with beautiful views, cozy suites with private saunas, and a kind host. Thank you so much.

We’d booked a fancy dinner for our group. The waiter greeted us informally, even though we’d never met him. No one took our coats, which I ended up carrying as the only man in the group. The dishes arrived as they were ready, despite everything being pre-ordered. When the waiter did come to refill my glass, he kept breathing cigarette breath in my face. For those prices, I expected a different level of service. The food was okay, but no more than that.

The view is breathtaking, and the setting is peaceful while still making it easy to get around. The hotel and restaurant both feel special. It’s a lovely house, and its size and the owners’ personal attention give it an exclusive but very welcoming feel. The staff were fantastic. Definitely recommend it.
