The apartment took a long time to warm up. We turned up the thermostats, but it was about three hours before it started getting warmer and roughly 24 hours before it was fully warm, so keep that in mind for a winter stay. The stairs to the upper floor are also unusually steep and narrow. The parking space is conveniently right in front of the terrace, though the area hadn’t been properly cleared of ice, which made getting in and out of the car difficult. We stayed in Suite No. 1. It was clean, roomy, and comfortable, with a bathroom on each floor. Both were clean, and the upstairs bathroom had bathrobes and slippers. The kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, enough dishes and cutlery, plus dish soap, paper towels, salt, and pepper. Bring your own coffee capsules, as there weren’t any. The kettle was a little tricky to switch on, and the toaster worked but could use a proper clean. We still enjoyed our stay.

We had an issue on the first night because the A/C wasn’t working. Gerry did his best to help, and things were sorted out for the rest of our stay the next day. We really appreciated his support. The place is spacious and lovely for a family, with a wonderful view, especially from the upstairs panoramic room. The toilets have useful toilet sprayers for Muslims. It’s about 8-10 minutes from the center, and it’s a peaceful spot for families looking to relax. Worth staying, and I’d use Falcon Suites again on a future visit to zell am see or kaprun.

We loved the mountain views and how easy it was to reach tourist attractions and restaurants from the apartment. The host was very helpful with questions and recommendations, and also made sure our friend with a mobility disability had an accessible stay and what he needed. The apartment itself was beautiful, warmly decorated, and very comfortable. The care in the details made it feel like home. This was the best apartment we’ve stayed in in Austria. We’d happily recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, luxurious stay, and we’ll be back.

The online check-in was quick and convenient, and saved us time. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a great view. A very good experience.

Very bad experience. There was no communication, and nobody answered. They took the full amount, and the A/C didn’t work. Very, very bad. Nobody should go.
