The apartment was small, and getting to the parents' bedroom meant walking through the children's room. We were told there would be a working washing machine, but there wasn't one in the building, and there was no dishwasher either. One window wouldn't lock. The location was okay, about 1.5 km from the lake. Apart from those issues, it was fine.
The place was filthy and nothing like the website photos, yet we still had to pay a cleaning fee. A very bad apartment.
The owner was friendly on the phone and canceled our booking without charge after we described the apartment's awful state. The key handover wasn't in person, though, and the place badly needs renovating. There was mold all over the bathroom, dust on the bed, and even the hairdryer was moldy. The curtains were torn, the radiators rusty, and the broken window couldn't be opened. The so-called ski room was just a storage closet, and we didn't want to leave our bikes there. Outside, the grass was several feet high, and the overflowing garbage can smelled bad. Avoid this accommodation.
We stayed for ten days, and my wife picked a great apartment. It's very close to the lake, clean to an exceptional standard, and reasonably priced. The owner was courteous and respectful, and the services were excellent. Choosing the right apartment matters a lot to me.
There was parking and internet, and the kitchen had all the cooking utensils plus some household basics. The place is quiet, a little old, and has had some renovation. The owner was kind and trustworthy. I stayed two days and paid him what I owed when I left.
