We really enjoyed our holiday here. The rooms were nice and spacious, though we hadn’t booked the cheapest ones. It’s within walking distance of the slopes and bus station. There’s a very good apreski bar across the street, but it may get noisy in the evenings, so bring earplugs. The food was tasty and there was lots of variety.

Being so close to the ski lift was the best thing about this hotel. The place felt really outdated, and our room was small. The buffet was poor, with everything covered in butter. After four nights, a lot of people in our group got food poisoning. Staff weren't kind, and most of the time they weren't around when we needed them.

The Summer Card was a real bonus, with free entry to lots of sights around the region, including cable cars, trains and boat trips. We also had a spacious room and, in our case, a good view. The sauna facilities were very good, though they closed too early. At this price, I would have expected a minibar, tea and coffee facilities, and blackout curtains.

We were across from an après ski bar, so there was noise until 1 a.m. The food was a letdown: a mediocre buffet, though breakfast was decent. The rooms were tiny, and there was barely room to move in the shower. You have to pay quite a bit extra to use the sauna and wellness area at the neighbouring hotel. The ski cellar had only four seats, so we were always waiting. Worst hotel I've stayed in during 15 years of skiing.

The rooms were clean, and breakfast was good, though the food variety seemed much the same every day. Beyond that, the hotel felt like it was cutting costs on every little thing. The bathroom fan ran for five minutes, stopped, and had to be switched on again. The extra bed we ordered was awful. There was no air conditioning, facial tissue, basket, refrigerator, or phone guide for calling reception anywhere in the room. One of the worst hotels I've stayed at.
