We’ve booked the same room for Christmas and New Year every year for the past 10 years. The family have become like our own, always willing to answer questions and do their best to sort out any problems. Everyone on staff, from the cleaners to the waiting team, gives a lovely warm welcome. The hotel has a spa downstairs, an indoor bar, and plenty of history. It’s right in the heart of the village, with nightlife choices within five minutes and the bus station and ski lifts an easy walk, all within 10 minutes of the front door. I really can’t recommend it enough.

We were three people and found the room clean and spacious. The bathroom and shower caused us no problems, and there’s a ski locker room in the basement. The dining area and bar are both great. We stayed on half board and really enjoyed dinner, which had Austrian, international, and vegetarian choices. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, especially Kristine and Valentina, who served us most days. It’s a great family-run hotel in the centre of zell am see, a short walk from the ski lift and close to the bus station for trips to Kaprun/Saalbach/Hinterglemm. Would definitely recommend it.

A lovely little bar and plenty of nearby restaurants and bars made this a great find. The staff were really friendly, and the location is excellent, just a few minutes on foot from either the ski lift or the bus stop. I’d recommend staying here.

We’ve just come back from a week booked through Ingham’s. Our single room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the hotel bars had lots of character. The central location was a real plus. I’d come back.
