Neue Post Apartments

Getting to the gym and pool was easy, and the restaurant had lots of variety and was happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. Hygiene standards were high, with fresh, clean linen and beds that felt brand new. We also got a very warm, professional welcome at reception. Definitely somewhere to relax and enjoy some well-earned time off.

The room faced the apres bar across the street, which got noisy from about 4pm until 9 or 10 at night. That made it hard for us to relax there. Apart from that, it was a perfect base for a week in Zell am See, close to town, shops, the bus station, ski rental, and the gondola. The staff were the best part, especially in the restaurant. They were warm, attentive, and made us feel cared for throughout. Half board was excellent: a generous breakfast buffet, a different dinner menu each night, and high-quality food. The spa had lots of options and was a welcome treat after skiing, and the bar area was modern and cozy.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the food was delicious with enough variety for every taste. You can feel the care in the little details. My apartment-style room was comfortable, clean, and very well soundproofed. I had an amazing stay and honestly think this is the best place in the area. I’d love to come back.

We had to extend our stay by another week unexpectedly, and the staff were incredibly kind and supportive throughout a stressful time. Special thanks to Ana, the manager, for her professionalism, warmth, and personal care. We felt truly looked after. The hotel is comfortable and welcoming, very well managed, and in a prime location near virtually anything you might have in mind. Highly recommended for a visit to Zell am See. We look forward to returning.
