I strongly advise against staying at this guesthouse because of our concerns about health and safety. From the first day, the owner acted strangely and kept watching us, including when we went to the ski drying room. There isn’t a proper place to dry ski boots, and when we used our own boot dryers, he kept switching them off, so our boots stayed wet. There was very little privacy. The situation escalated when the owner broke into our room, used physical violence, and started opening wardrobes to look for a jet boil. We called the police. Neither the guesthouse rules nor Booking.com rules prohibited using one. We decided to leave earlier than planned for our safety. It’s a very disturbing family with unpredictable behavior, and more than a month later we still haven’t received an apology.

The man who runs the place with his wife was lovely, polite, and helpful. I just wish there had been a kettle for making tea or coffee in the morning.

The hosts were pleasant, breakfast was good and generous, and the rooms were made up every day. A good guest house.
