We had a very bad experience over the February Carnival weekend and won’t be coming back. Our room was quite small for two, and nobody was there to meet us. The owner left the key in the outside mailbox and gave us no rules or information. The room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, and there was no spa or swimming pool as advertised. The lady was very rude.

No cleaning service, poor TV quality, and dirty carpets and curtains. The building is very old and has no taste, and the staff were loud and unfriendly.

This small wooden residence has three floors, ground, first and second, and no elevator, just stairs. Breakfast runs from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m. Parking is free and available. The front door locks at night and you can open it with your room key. Reception is staffed from 7:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., with nobody on site after that. The rooms are small and have little balconies that are nearly joined to the next room’s, with only a small divider, so your neighbour can feel very close. There’s no air conditioning. The bathroom, about 1 by 3 meters including toilet, sink and shower, is so cramped it’s hard to get dressed in there. I wouldn’t suggest it for families, though it could work for budget travellers.

The website claims someone is available around the clock, but I couldn’t get through. The phone number was hard to find, and when I finally found it, nobody answered.
