Penthouse The Suite Luxury Edition

We were disappointed by quite a few things for an apartment sold as luxury at such a high price. There were no reading lights by the beds, soap or towels in the restrooms, and one bedroom had no closet space. The coat rack was too small, and the toaster, lamps, and door handles were broken. Our reports about the problems weren’t dealt with, though we did get extra towels. The apartment looks beautiful and modern, and the beds and chairs were comfortable, but calling it luxury feels like an exaggeration. The kitchen is too small for 10 people, with a dishwasher suited to a two-person household, too little counter space, and not enough hot water for dishes. There’s nowhere to store groceries, and disposing of full garbage bags depends on asking a kind neighbor. The sauna’s glass door, which opens onto the kitchen/diner, doesn’t close properly, so there’s no privacy and the room gets heated. The whirlpool is a tub with air vents on another floor from the sauna. The slopes are a 10-minute walk away. The supermarket isn’t next door, though there is a bakery that opens at 6:00 AM, as mentioned a few days ago.
