Our apartment was clean and nice, with a lovely mountain view. The landlord was very friendly.

I'm talking specifically about the Christoph apartment, one of three apartments. The bedrooms had broken, dirty wardrobes that seemed fit for the dump. We were also charged for final cleaning, yet several things had clearly been missed. In the photos, if you zoom in, you can see mold and cobwebs. The floor plan said all three bedrooms had built-in TVs. I raised this with the landlady and showed her the plan she had published. She said it couldn't be right and that we were there to ski, not watch TV. I found that response absolutely outrageous to a paying guest.

We loved having everything in Zell am Ziller within walking distance of the Christoph apartment, from the toboggan run and cable car to restaurants, a bakery, and the recreational park with its lovely outdoor pool and slides. We enjoyed fresh rolls with breakfast every morning. Our family of five had a great summer holiday at Ferienhaus Egger. The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped, even with towels, and the landlord was friendly and hospitable.

Zell is a lovely town, with plenty of hiking, sports, and recreation options. The apartment was cosy, very nice and clean, and had a big roof terrace overlooking Zellberg mountain. It was central, with a bakery, newspaper shop, and butcher just around the corner. The elevator goes right to the apartment door, and the landlady was attentive and always available.
