The owners are so welcoming, and their schnapps was delicious! The apartment was neat and lovely. The ski bus gets you to the Arena station gondola in just two minutes on foot.

We’ve stayed with Katharina and Sascha twice, and each time we felt incredibly welcome. The apartment is spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped. We’re already planning to return in January 2024.

The location works beautifully for skiing in Zell/Gerlos or going hiking, and the hosts are friendly. Everything was very clean. I’d happily stay again :)
