A lovely hotel for families, with clean rooms, delicious food, and a welcoming team that provided great service. I’d definitely recommend it.

After a full day hiking in the surrounding mountains, the spa was a great place to unwind. It has two Finnish hot saunas, a wet sauna, two warm saunas in the oriental area, heated beds, indoor and heated outdoor pools, and a whirlpool. The family run hotel has very friendly staff and excellent food. Dinner came in 6-8 courses, while breakfast was a generous buffet with tasty and healthy choices. There’s plenty of parking and a local bus stop right outside. Zell i. Z. is around a 15-20 minute walk away, and two train stops are within walking distance. We visited in autumn 2022, when there were lots of things to do nearby, and many cable cars were also running in summer.

We arrived to a warm welcome, and the team's attention to detail made our vacation memorable. They took particular care with my daughter's gluten-free diet, which can be difficult to manage when traveling. The restaurant had a wide range of gluten-free meals, all delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Staff explained how they avoided cross-contamination, which reassured us. They were friendly and dedicated throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, tastefully decorated, and had stunning views of the Zillertal Alps. The spa and wellness area added a peaceful touch, and the location made it easy to explore Zillertal, whether hiking in summer or skiing in winter. With its comfort, excellent service, and inclusive approach, I'd gladly recommend the hotel and restaurant to families with children and couples.
