The owner was so kind and always happy to help, and there’s a fresh bread delivery every day if you want it. The apartment is roomy, with a well-equipped kitchen that has an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and more. It’s a lovely, quiet spot in the Zillertal valley, away from the main road and right by nature, but still only a 3 minute walk to the ski bus. There’s also a sauna and ski storage, and breakfast is available. We’d happily come back.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and there’s a ski room plus a place to store and warm your boots. Staff were friendly, and the sauna was clean too. Everything you need for a great ski trip, with the shuttle stop a 5 minute walk away and a direct ride to the gondola.

There are great views, kind hosts, and free parking and wifi. Kids can play in the little garden, and the place is a good base for renting a bike or setting off on a walk. Bikes are free to use. It’s a 5 minute walk to the town center, and Zillertal arena is a 5 minute drive away. Highly recommended.

We had a comfortable top floor apartment. Heidi and her family were really sweet and generous hosts.

Good value for money in a peaceful area of Zell am ziller, about 2.5 km from the gondola Bahan.
