There’s free parking and the room was clean, but we missed the description and had to leave before staying. Read it carefully: there are lots of stairs, which could be an issue with a baby stroller or a lot of luggage, and not every room has a balcony. I wouldn’t recommend visiting Zirl. The city isn’t so nice, and other cities are much nicer. We won’t be back.

We found it easy to get to Innsbruck from this central location, right by a bus stop. Free bus tickets were provided for our two nights. There’s also a bakery just around the corner for breakfast, and covered parking on the hotel grounds. The owners are very friendly. Our room was modern and well maintained, with a roomy bathroom and a really comfortable bed. It was quiet and peaceful.

Shops and restaurants are an easy walk away, and the location is great value for money. I stayed in a lovely little apartment at Mrs. Müller and Mr. Niederkircher’s house. They gave me a warm welcome and were incredibly kind, helpful, and hospitable. The apartment was bright, clean, and well maintained. The kitchen had everything I needed, and I could even do laundry there. There was a clothes rack, Wi-Fi, and pay TV. The building is attractive too, with impressively thick walls.

We were just passing through and wanted a well-located hotel at a fair price. The service was excellent. An employee called me on the morning we arrived and shared the key information, as well as corresponding with me. Free check-in gave us a lot of flexibility, and parking is right at the hotel. Room 2 is on the ground floor, modern, and really spacious. There’s no catering, but a bakery is only 20 meters away. Highly recommended for the price and location.
