We found it a pleasant place to stay, with roomy renovated rooms and a kitchen equipped with quality appliances and lots of seating. It's a good starting point for hikes, and the sauna and the owner's own bakery made the stay even nicer.

The guesthouse sits a little outside town, but getting to Tannheim and nearby areas is easy. Arriving by car is straightforward, with five parking spots right outside. The charming rooms have what you need, are spotless, and make you feel at home. Breakfast is generous, with a good range of juices and cereals as well as fresh rolls from the bakery attached to the guesthouse.

The location of Gästehaus Glätzle gives you a beautiful mountain view, and the house itself is lovely. We were especially pleased by the warm, helpful hosts, the clean modern rooms, new bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Breakfast was generous, with all sorts of choices and fresh treats from the in-house bakery. There’s also a sauna and wellness area, furnished and cared for with the same attention as the rest of the house. We’ve seen a lot of places in the Tannheimer Valley over the last five years, and this is one of the nicest for the price. We’re thrilled and will be back!

We’ve stayed here before and would gladly return. The guesthouse is friendly, peaceful, and the staff are always helpful and easy to reach. Breakfast is great, and you can drive to anywhere in the Tannheimer Valley in just a few minutes 😀
