Monica is what made our stay so special. She went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed every minute, and we really appreciated her kindness. We came for a few days while my husband recovered from a cycling injury. The location is lovely, with open fields, walking paths, and a gorgeous health spa. Our room had beautiful antique furniture and old world charm, plus a functional modern bathroom. And the apple strudel was divine!

We had a very good time here. It's a beautiful Schloss hotel, and dogs are welcome too. The room was spacious, neat, and clean, and the surrounding area is beautiful. Such a calm, quiet place to relax. The food was fantastic, and they really make you feel special.

A nice location if you're looking for a hideout, and the hotel and service were great. Getting there from Vienna Airport is a bit difficult, though. I'd recommend renting a car, since a taxi or Uber costs €200-€300.

We've been here twice and haven't been disappointed, so we'll be back for a third visit. It's a dreamlike, quiet, elegant yet relaxed place to get away from everyday hectic life. The staff are warm and welcoming, including with our 2 doggy friends. The food was excellent, and our large, comfortable rooms were very clean. There's a lovely spa and wellness area, with beautiful green surroundings and a good mix of culture and nature.
