The bathrooms in rooms 1-9 were awful, with mold everywhere and a bad smell. I ended up buying bleach to clean them, and Room 2 had no hot water. The pool was green and filthy too. The beds were comfortable, with clean linen and comfy pillows. Rooms 10 and up seemed cleaner and better than the lower-numbered rooms, and the manager was helpful. On Sunday night, four guys who live there were drinking and making noise in the garage. I asked them to quiet down at 11, but when I went back out at 12 they were still at it. The manager walked by, checked if I was okay, and stopped them after I complained. We had booked the whole motel for the weekend.

The two rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable for our four adults and Maltese. Two light fittings had blown bulbs, but one was changed promptly when we asked. The fridge had not been wiped out. The bathrooms were filthy, with soap scum on the shower tiles and black mold up to knee height. Aside from the bathroom, we had a comfortable stay. They need better cleaners.

The room was tidy and well kept, and the bed was warm and comfortable. After almost nine hours on the road, it was a very welcome place to arrive. We arranged a late check-in without any problems.

The staff were friendly, and the clean, comfortable rooms are about 10 minutes from Muswellbrook Town area. It's a lovely little motel and easy to get to. It's pet friendly too, though we didn't have pets with us. We'd stay again.

After driving all day on Boxing Day 2025, we needed a quiet night's sleep, but there was a party in the garages next to our room. It was very noisy, with people walking across our window, laughing and talking for hours. We didn't feel safe and had to leave at 9:30 pm. We wasted our money and then had to drive another 1.5 hours to find a motel that was open. Management was very disrespectful.
