The staff made everything easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated them letting me into my room early during a heatwave after I'd travelled in temperatures over 40 C. The rooms are excellent, very clean, and have comfortable beds. I visit Adelaide often, so I'll stay again. I'm surprised I hadn't found this place sooner.

The manager was especially helpful, arranging complimentary parking for me as a staff member and helping me extend my room at a discounted rate. It all went smoothly, and communication was clear and friendly. The room was comfortable, the facilities well maintained, and the atmosphere welcoming. I had a great stay and will definitely return.

The rooms were tidy and clean, the bed was great, and it seems like a particularly good place if you have kids. The daytime hotel manager was very warm, as were the staff. A nice place to stay. Only thing to improve is having more cooking vessels.

I've lived in this building for over four years, and the night shift front desk service on 18/12/25 and 19/12/25 was the worst I've experienced here. The desk was unattended for about ten minutes. When the staff member came back from outside, where he'd been smoking with a friend near the café area, he smelled strongly of cigarettes and was dismissive from the outset. My private parking spot had been taken by the same car as on Thursday, and the same night shift employee was working then too. He said he knew about it, but didn't record it, check the system for other spaces, or offer help. Later that night, the same vehicle was in my space again. When I reported it, he told me to go back to the car park and put a notice on the car myself. I said I'd parked elsewhere already and wasn't going back. He spoke to me in a commanding, inappropriate way: “You must go. This is your responsibility. We have no obligation.” This was unacceptable, especially for a long-term resident. Parking issues have come up over the years, and previous front desk staff always dealt with them politely and professionally by checking the system, offering another space, or helping directly. This employee was arrogant, unhelpful, and wouldn't handle basic front desk duties. Leaving the desk unattended, socialising with friends during work hours, and talking to residents disrespectfully isn't acceptable service. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews the night shift staff member's conduct.
