The apartment was clean and looked presentable, but the building is getting tired. It’s a budget place, so the cheap furniture and appliances weren’t a surprise. Next time I’ll probably pay more for somewhere comfortable. We booked undercover parking and were first told to park on the street. After a long discussion, we got an undercover space, but no passkey for the car park until the second day. They’d given our space to someone else, and it took nine calls to the office to sort out. Customer service was hard to deal with. The bed bounced like a trampoline whenever my partner moved, sending me closer to the edge. The blinds were about five inches too narrow, so there was no real privacy, and at night they turned transparent with the lights on inside.

A nice apartment, well appointed and with everything we needed, apart from a chopping board and kitchen scissors that we couldn't find. I thought it would be closer to the CBD when I booked, but it wasn't too bad, about a 20 minute bus ride. Thanks very much, it was otherwise perfect.

A little way out of town, but it was modern and cheaper than the other options.

We only had one key for the room, which made things a little tricky. Apart from that, a great property with good facilities and a handy location. We had a car, so didn't need public transport. There are plenty of shops within a five minute walk, and we mainly used the car for sightseeing.
