Bayswaterfront Apartments

The view is stunning, and it’s a lovely homey place with the basics for everyday living. There’s a small playground close by and it’s a great spot for walks. But I won’t book again. The parking for room number 9 is terrifying if you care about your car: it’s about 30cms from the footpath and nearly on the road, with no sense of security. I felt I had to watch from the balcony, and saw six people touch or brush past my car. I’m not happy about the marks. The beds are ridiculously hard, so we slept on the lounge room couch for all three nights, and our bodies are paying for it. There were only extra blankets, no spare sheets or bedding, which is disappointing when housekeeping isn’t included. The door lock was a massive hassle for the full four days. It was hard to lock from outside, and the same code would say it was wrong, then work two minutes later. We got stuck outside trying to open it lots of times. You can hear everyone else in the building, too.
