The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfy. I loved the location, it was perfect for exploring the city. Awesome stay, and I’d definitely come back.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well cared for, which made it a nice place to unwind after coming up from Melbourne. Staff were professional and happy to help, too. I found the CBD location especially handy for getting around and seeing nearby areas. I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return.

Prices stayed reasonable, and the hotel still kept up good standards for cleanliness and looking after guests. The service was excellent, and it seems like a dependable place for either a quick visit or a longer stay.

The room had the basics I needed, including a working fridge, microwave, TV, and air conditioner. The bed linen and towels were clean and fresh, and the shower pressure was good, but there wasn't much hot water. The toilet was squeezed right beside the wall, which would be awkward for anyone except a small or very slim person. The mirror sat above my eye level at 163 cm, so I'd do my makeup before arriving or bring my own mirror. The decorative cushions and bed runner had obvious marks from earlier guests, possibly food stains. The room looked clean at first, though it was dated and had minor damage to the walls and ceiling. I also found used tissues and rubbish under the bed, which was gross. We chose it because it was affordable and near places like Adelaide Oval and the casino. On a major event night it cost $373, almost half the next cheapest option. The entry, lift, and hallways had crumbs and rubbish scattered around, and they charged an extra $200 bond. The lift lurched hard every time, enough to make you motion sick. Street noise was loud, as you'd expect from the location, but the earplugs they supplied helped. You get what you pay for. I'm not keen to stay again, and would only consider it as a last resort or on a very busy event night when other hotels have tripled their prices.
