The room itself was decent, though I could clearly hear people talking next door because it isn't soundproof. The staff were friendly, especially the one who looked senior. The location is convenient, but as a young woman I did feel alert around the combination of pokies and drinking.

The bar staff gave us amazing customer service and were so welcoming. They also made the best cocktails, which made my daughter's 18th birthday weekend even more special. My two girls and I stayed over the weekend, and the rooms were really clean. A very nice place. Highly recommend it for your next stay.

The rooms were nice and clean, but very small, and the shower was even smaller. The hotel isn't close to much, though the bus service into town is great. Room service was a little hit and miss.

Updated comment. The room was modern and the service was great. The bathroom wasn't clean, unfortunately, and I could hear people in the next room until 1am. The soundproofing between rooms is very poor.

The bistro was the one letdown during my stay. It had plenty of drinks, but the kitchen was out of action and the few food options on offer weren’t appealing. There are eateries nearby, and the G10 bus runs often enough to get into the city and back for most of the day, so it was easy to work around. The hotel itself was quiet, clean, modern and spacious. Staff were mostly excellent, and they even left extra water in the fridge and lollies during the heatwave, which was a thoughtful touch. I paid $99 a night when I booked, great value for Adelaide.
